Yes, definitely time to update our raiding status and promote the effort sideshow warrior puts into collecting our helmets and weapons after encounters we have endured! Infamous is proud to present Dacster, the one and only Sancho Panza!

Accordingly, we want to thank Dacster almighty for everything he has done for us and wish him to keep up the good work on further progress! After having quite some fun with Warlord Zon’ozz and his bouncy ball, The Stormbinder wasn’t really quite of a challenge. So we got an idea to spice it up, and somehow made it look so damn hard, which was our intention obviously! You probably wonder now… But let me just say, if people won’t listen, be damn sure pets will! Movie will be there pretty soon, so u will be able to check out this amazing show!

As Dragon Soul is being released this week we have decided to stream selected raids.

This may only be a few streams to start with but expect to see most raids broadcast very soon.

We will have multiple PoVs and will switch around during the raid so you can get a good look at the instance in both progression and farm!

Its dead, its finally dead. I think the last boss that felt that painful was Muru pre nerfs in sunwell and that was just trying to find enough shamans on the server.

We’ve been suffering with people quitting, holidays and table tennis and although it got pretty heated at times we were making progress on the fight. Tonight, we two new trials we went in to Ragnaros with an expectation to kill it quickly, and thats exactly what happened.

On our third attempt we had 1 meteor and managed to comfortably kill it with some good coordination from Flyxx. I’m positive if the nerf had come next week we would have done it anyway as we had started to fully grip the fight.

I will say that at times doing this boss has been like pulling teeth. Considering i just got an infection in my wisdom tooth i can relate the pain to the sheer hours everyone has put into this fight. It’s been very draining and i’m sure everyone is relieved to finish it. Even as i write this i hear the immortal words on vent “Argh, i’m so glad its f$%^ing dead”, cheers Hayley

Anyway well done guys it took longer than we are accustomed too but we got there in the end. Time to relax and gather our strength for next tier. We are looking for exception recruits in all classes in particular healers. We will also be looking to reclaim our realm 1st spot and top 100 ranking with the last content of this expansion so if you have the same drive we would love you to apply, do it HERE! and do it NOW !!!

N.B The main event is yet to happen i am now 121/250 towards the legendary. I think everyone wants to see the Mike the Owl with the legendary, i need all the help i can get

I will just mention here that this will be the third legendary after completing Healey’s a couple of weeks back a big congratulations to him another Legendary thoroughly deserved.

Legendary + Gnome = Less Horrible Gnome

Tonight Nezma completed the quest for the Legendary Tarecgosa Staff which has a pretty awesome event with it ending with a huge dragon above stormwind. Despite wielding a legendary item it has been confirmed that indeed he is still a gnome and therefore inferior. I probably would no longer say that to his face though

Congratulations Nezma on the realm first Legendary it truley is awesome and well deserved.

First Ragnaros Mount – Ooooo Fiery

So we had a nice bonus last week when we killed Ragnaros off because the mount dropped. After deciding who would roll Cailen decided he was going to cheat and roll some stupidly high number. Suffice to say he received the first mount from firelands for Infamous. Congratulations to him, it looks crispy in the dark.

Heroic: Majordomo Fandral Staghelm defeated!

After not so many attempts done, and finally after listening the master of all times – Wootina (myself), we managed to ace another boss of the new content. Now that i am back from real life time waste, things are starting to be more clear and easy as expected, doh!

However, i have to agree with one of my minions Tarifalugalafagus (the fat owl that almost ninja-d my front page job while i was away!) and his “hat tipping snowman” that Majordomo was as easy as we thought.

It was our actually first proper try with the orb phase, as we had our special training routine set up by the one and only tactic master of all times Flyxx (another minion of mine obviously), so yet again our realm first position just got confirmed and cleared of any doubts.

Ofcourse, lets not forget my other minions inside and outside of raid, who’s performance and dedication brought us here in the first place and made this happen! Also special credit goes to our Italian Stallion vol. 2 Manatrixx, who spent half of the night dead! Well done sir!

Baleroc Heroic Gatekeeper Unhinged!!

This was a toughy!!! After a couple of nights of frustration trying to sort healing and crystal switching we went in tonight with a fresh attitude and a fresh run. After making quick work of Shannox and Rhyolith to gear up a bit more we headed straight for Baleroc as we had a good setup for it.

We had several wipes before we noticed some key things missing, once that was done we hit a 273k wipe (Ouch). End of raid was called and the ready check was done to see if we should do one more attempt, everyone decided to put in that extra effort but we had an unfocussed start ending in a quick wipe. Again everyone put in that extra effort and with a great last will of focus we managed to snatch the kill. It was pretty close but everyone kept their heads well. This was a world 54 25 man kill kill moving us up to world 56 in 25 man so things are moving in the right direction.

Sterling effort chaps its always nice to get the kill on extra attempts, we will be looking to get a video out later on. Tomorrow we shall be moving onto Majordomo Staghelm but from what we’ve seen so far this should be a far easier kill (the hat tipping snowman told me so). Baleroc is definately the hardest thing we’ve encountered so far in Firelands.

Alysrazor Heroic Extinguished!!

Good News Everyone, Alysrazor has been defeated on heroic. It was decided we would try and put in an extra day if possible this week which resulted in Friday being declared “extra raid day”. It was close and we started with 24 people which is fine because this fight is really all about having enough people alive to interrupt and kill the adds on time, the boss dies naturally.

7:45 UK Time came round and i decided Table Tennis was too important but by then someone else had turned up. When i got back around 10pm it sounded like they were pretty close. By this point there was a full raid but time was ticking. The last pull of the night was called and despite some early deaths, some great tanking and healing kept it together long enough for the DPS to get the kill. Well done guys, was a well deserved kill on an unofficial raid day and it was great to see the extra effort pay off.

Baelroc is next and it will be interesting to see how 25 man compares to 10 man, as so far, 10 man has seemed to be easier on most bosses. The kill puts us currently at 134 in the world, we willl be looking to re-enter the top 100 on Baelroc.
