Where in the WoW?

Trying to resurrect the best from the long gone afkgamer.com (anyone have a clue what happened there?). Where in the WoW is this statue buried?

I’m sure everyone and their friends are trying to go around old content to reveal the whole map for the Explorer title.

    Didn’t look at this until today, but if I’m not utterly misstaken that statue is a stonethrow or two south-west of Astranaar in Ashenvale.
