Icecrown!
Finally some exiting news, after months of boredom Icecrown is finally here.
So how is the status amongst Infamous brave heroes. After making a generation change in our healer squad we finally managed to get a stable core again. DPS is better than ever with several players fighting on top 20 dps lists worldwide and tanking is as solid as ever.
What we done the last month is to spend a little time to help the excellent leadership of our alt/friend guild put I Stab Your Face on the map. I Stab have gone in a few months through excellent leadership and dedication put itself on the map to be serious competition to semi-hardcore guilds on the server, as well as being the 4th highest ranked 10man guild on the server. Quite impressive from a guild that never recruited anyone that isn’t either a alt or a friend.
Back to Infamous. As those of you reading the forums lately have noticed we have had a intense recruitment zerg to find 2-3 excellent players to bring in some more competition in the guild. We found 2 poor recruits to initiate the next few weeks and if they make the trial I’ll make a post to introduce our newest members.

Weekly Update
25man raiding update
After having some huge problems with attendance we managed to get the 25 attempts left achievement in Call of The Crusade. We had changed the tactic from the 2 tanks we used on the kill to the more reliable 3 tank tactic which caused a few more unnecessary wipes than what we wanted. Speaking of 25man raiding, currently recruiting:

10man raiding update
We had a pretty nice 10man week with 4 groups clearing heroic Call of the Grand Crusade. 2 groups got the Insanity achievement and a 3rd one lost insanity with a wipe on beasts of all bosses.
I Stab Your Face Update
More and more I stab members are starting to get heroic 10man experience. I stab is currently ranked server 12th and world 2264 (link) in 10man progress ahead of a few 4/5 25man heroic guilds.

Twins down
Finally some good news. Heroic Twins down with 39 attempts left this week
After a really bad last week were we had a 2% wipe with 32 attempts left then failed horrible we got back this week and killed Twins within 40 min of attempts. Heading for glory and fame on Anub’arak
25man Heroic update
Been a little slow on updates because it’s been mostly bad news and I don’t like bad news. Anyway we got our shit together and killed the 3 first bosses in Heroic. We had a few shots at twins but that boss is in a league of it’s own compared to the other, or we are just bad at moving out of orbs.
Wanted to share this screenshot with you. What’s so funny about this then. Well when we killed Faction champs we only had 1 death. That being scottw, for those of you that don’t know scottw he got 3 different chars all with 2.5k+ rated teams in all brackets. Probably one of the most gifted pvpers on the server, yet he can’t even manage to stay alive in this “pvp” encounter.
Those of you that are observant will probably notice that we only got 15 attempts left when we killed them. Well we did the mistake of raiding on Wednesday and Thursday and we had way to many attempts wasted due to lag. In hindsight we probably should have waited. What can I say, Infamous always start bad the first week of raiding. In Sunwell we started out with like a server 6th Kalecgos and in Ulduar we were like 7th guild to get Mimiron and Vezax down. With that said we are working on something special for tomorrow and hopefully I will have good news then.
I Stab Your Face & Trial of the Crusader
As a guild that like to be in the shadows and haven’t actively recruited since the dawn of time I Stab Your Face have still managed to keep a position as a raiding guild to be recognised.
Only raiding 4h/week might be seen as a disadvantage for most guilds but not this bunch of happy raiders. Ulduar was a little to long instance and the guild never managed to get enough time on Yogg to get him down. Luckily blizzard in their wisdom released a short and slightly easy instance perfectly fit for this guild.
Starting at roughly 20:00 CET on Saturday these brave heroes made their way into ToC. One shot the 2 first bosses, wiped twice on faction champs, killed Twins in a hurry and by the time the clock was 9 they were standing face to face with Anub’arak. You could think Anub’arak would have been a easy task to beat, but no. Held back by the fact that half the raid didn’t even have ulduar gear made the enrage timer quite a nemesis with them wiping twice to it.
Finally the beast lay before their feet and they earned some well deserved loot. With plenty of time to spare on their 4h/raidweek the wise masters decided to head for the hills of Wintergrasp to defeat the indifferent watchers that guards the ancient secrets, but that’s another story.
10man Cleared
Decided to have a go at the 10man heroic version and after a little more struggle than we wanted we cleared it with plenty of attempts left. While 50 attempts is not that much in 25 man raids it’s a ocean of attempts in 10man, they probably should have tuned it down to 25 attempts or so to make it more challenging. I realise that we are walking around in full 25man but even 10man guilds will probably struggle with even getting 50 attempts in their casual raidweek.
We’ll have our 2nd 10man raidgroup have a shot at the heroic later this week and hopefully they can do even better than the first group.
