While getting ready for the 10man we decided to show off our new earned titles.

Cleared the first 4 bosses in the 25man without much issue and decided to wipe on purpose a few times to learn more about the abilities of Anub’arak. The achievement tied to him on 25man mode don’t seem impossible at all only annoying as hell so we decided to do a fast kill. Have to say I’m disappointed at the design of Anub’arak, it’s almost the same as Anub’arak in Azjol-nerub only with less abilities and easier.

As for the Heroic Mode, sadly lag pretty much killed it for us and we decided to stop doing attempts after 4 wipes. The boss itself didn’t seem to be that hard at all, we made the 2m30s phase switches pretty easily even with 1s lag on all abilities. In the end it wasn’t really worth it to waste 4-5 attempts on wipes because of lag so we decided to end it and kill it on a better night.

I’m not telling the entire truth though, we have still have 2 achievements left to do Supermassive and He Feeds On Your Tears. Quite and a achievement anyway, in fact we have done most achievements of any guild in the world.

Ulduar have been one of the most successful periods of Infamous ever and we have established ourselves as a guild to watch out for.

Now that Ulduar has been out for a few weeks, it’s time for an update!

Since the release of Ulduar we have been progressing out our own pace. In our normal hardcore-yet-casual way we’ve managed to secure a huge amount of achievements, many of them being realm firsts.

These are the current standings as of this morning.

Over the last couple of weeks we had a slight lack of members, meaning we had to keep our aims on completing as many achievements as possible, leaving the harder ones until later. Last week we recruited a few more members to give us a little push ending in 3 hardmode kills in 3 nights, 2 of which were realm firsts.

We don’t intend to slow down any time soon, so lets hope we keep the current momentum and grab some more realm firsts!

Thanks to Siona for making the movie. We’ve had few attempts last week but due to sudden connection problems with different members, we didn’t have the correct setup until now. We’re happy we got these now even though both Apathy and Good Game (I can’t find their website for the love… someone link it please) got the kill weeks before us.

In true Infamous fashion our kill was of course also the last go of the night in which everyone gave it their best and we brought the bastard down in a high quality attempt where we only had one person down at the start of phase 5. I must admit that the fight is a pure breath of fresh air after month long wipes on Muru and that Blizzard have once again made a finely tuned fight that everyone can enjoy, even the RPers!

So now we have SWP cleared its time to wind down a little, put our feet up and relax. Its going to be a while still untill we see WotlK so might as well enjoy what time is left.

Still working on this encounter – roughly 10 hours worth of attempts spread over 4.5 nights. We’re going back tonight with a reworked strategy which will allow us to see phase two more consistantly. We’re currently using three tanks using a protection paladin as the Sentinel/Spawn tank at the same time. Bit tricky but we seem to be able to pull it off.

Hopefully we’ll get some progress tonight and see a kill soon just in time for the new gate to be opened.

Just a small update as regards to the progress in Sunwell Plateau. We’ve successfully cleared four bosses including Eredar Twins which we’ve killed both ways (normal & reverse). Both strategies require precise control from everyone’s characters so there is no telling which is harder. Although the reverse strategy gives more loot in the end which is always a bonus.

We’re continuing with the Sunwell progression and are currently working on M’uru.
